Return Policy

At Titty Pig, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. To maintain our commitment to excellence, we’ve established the following return policy:


All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received:

  1. Arrived damaged.
  2. Is incorrect (not what you ordered).

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or changes in preference.


Return Rules

If your item qualifies for a return based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Return Window: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Return and Reshipment Policies

  • Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at help@tittypig.com with the following:
    • Order number.
    • Description of the issue.
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if the item qualifies for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with signs of wear or use.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Items outside of the 14-day return window.
